Abstract preparation and submission

A one page abstract must be submitted by 15 February 2007. Acceptance notification will be given within a month. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered by 1 March 2007 for inclusion of the paper in the Conference Abstracts Book.

The three steps to prepare and submit your abstract:

Step 1

Download the template in Word or RTF format from the brown box on the left of this page.

Edit your abstract, including figures and references. Please do not change any formatting in the template.

The preferred format for your abstract is Adobe PDF; however we also accept RTF (.rtf) and MS Word (.doc) formats.

To generate a qood quality Adobe PDF document from your abstract use the following options

Important notice: once you have generated your PDF file, check that all the fonts are embedded in the document (otherwise we will not be able to print your abstract correctly!). To do so, open your PDF document, left-click on the small triangle that appears on the top right corner of the page (above the ruler) and select "Document properties". Check that all fonts have the mention "embedded" or "embedded subset".

Step 2

Choose up to three topics that describe your contribution best among the following list. These topics will be used to setup the conference program and you will have to indicate your choice upon submission on the next pages.
