To foster interaction between its member, the Network organizes regularily research workshop. A particularily succesfull workshop organized by Lukas Eng and his team took place in Dresden, Germany, on December 7-9. With over 20 presentations and the same amount of posters, the workshop illustrated the tremendous progress made in plasmonics by the participating teams since the beginning of the project.

The project gave also the opportunity to meet two groups who recently joined the Network: Chalmes University from Sweden and ICFO-Barcelona in Spain
