Using to their full extent the flexibility and the dynamisms associated with the Network of Excellence Instrument introduced by the European Commission, the Council of the Network has incorporated two new partners: The Institute of Photonic Science (ICFO)</a>, Barcelona, Spain (partner 17) and the Center for Biophysical Imaging, Chalmers, Göteberg University, Sweden. (partner 18).

These new partners bring additional skills into the Network, especially in the field of plamon-molecule interactions.

Two additional partners join and strengthen the Network and its implementation in Europe.
